We bring weather-appropriate Ring Booth equipment and position it to capture the Arkansas River in the background. Outdoor power outlets are available at the terrace. We always confirm weather access and logistics with the Exploration Place events team ahead of your event.
Exploration Place hosts corporate galas, fundraising events, birthday parties, and nonprofit celebrations — all of which are ideal for photo booth activations. The Ring Booth's LED halo creates a dramatic focal point in the gallery spaces. For branded corporate events, we add custom digital overlays with your company logo or event branding.
Load-in at Exploration Place is through the McLean Boulevard entrance, with ground-floor access to the main event spaces. Setup takes 45–60 minutes. Exploration Place's events staff is experienced with vendor coordination and will direct your Majestic Mirror Booth team to your confirmed setup location.
