About Our Photo Booths
Booking Timeline
We recommend booking 2–4 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May through October). Popular dates like New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day can book out 6+ months ahead. The sooner you lock in your date, the more booth options you'll have available. Check your date →
What's Included
Every package includes professional setup and teardown by our crew, a dedicated on-site attendant for the duration of your event, unlimited photo sessions for your guests, instant digital sharing (text, email, AirDrop), a custom-designed photo template matched to your event theme, and a complete online gallery delivered within 48 hours.
Space Requirements
Most of our booths need roughly a 10'×10' area including the backdrop. The 360 Video Booth needs a bit more — about 12'×12' to accommodate the rotating platform. We coordinate with your venue ahead of time to find the best spot with good lighting and foot traffic. We bring all our own power.
Props & Accessories
Absolutely. Every rental includes a curated prop collection tailored to your event type. For weddings we bring elegant signs and accessories. For corporate events we can create branded props. For birthdays and parties we bring the fun stuff — hats, oversized glasses, signs, and seasonal items.
Custom Template Design
Every event gets a custom overlay or photo strip template designed at no extra charge. Send us your event colors, logo, or inspiration images and our design team creates a template that matches perfectly. Unlimited revisions are included — you approve the final design before your event.
Logistics & Details
Package Pricing
Pricing varies by booth type and event duration. The Classic Booth starts at $450, our Glam Booth is mid-range, and the 360 Video Booth starts at $1,100. Every package includes setup, attendant, unlimited sessions, and custom template design. Visit our booth options page for full package breakdowns.
Service Area Coverage
Yes. Our primary service area covers most of Wichita, Andover, Derby, Newton — including Wichita, Bel Aire, Derby, Valley Center, Goddard and dozens more cities. We can travel further for an additional travel fee. Contact us with your venue address and we'll confirm coverage.
Setup & Teardown
Our crew arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time. Setup takes about 30–45 minutes depending on the booth type and backdrop selection. Teardown is quick — usually 20–30 minutes after your event ends. We coordinate timing with your venue coordinator and other vendors.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are handled case by case — we always try to work with our clients and can often reschedule to a new date at no extra charge.
Deposit & Payment Options
Yes, a 25% deposit secures your date and booth selection. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and offer payment plans for larger bookings. Your deposit is fully applied to your final invoice.

Photos & Digital Delivery
Photo Delivery
Guests can share photos instantly via text, email, or AirDrop right from the booth. They can also post directly to Instagram, TikTok, or any social platform with a custom hashtag. After the event, you receive a complete online gallery with every photo and video from the night.
On-Site Printing
Yes! Our Glam Booth and Classic Booth offer instant prints — typically 4×6 or classic photo strip formats. Guests walk away with a physical keepsake within seconds. Print upgrades are available for our digital-first booths like the Social Booth and 360 Video Booth.
Logo & Branding
Absolutely. For corporate events we offer full custom branding on photo templates, animated start screens, and even the booth exterior wrap. Share your brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) and we integrate it seamlessly across every touchpoint. Custom branding is included at no extra charge with every corporate rental.
